免疫介在性壊死性ミオパチーとは、自己免疫反応により筋肉が障害される希少な筋炎です。急激な筋力低下、嚥下障害、呼吸困難などの症状がみられます。これらの症状が現れた場合は、膠原病科または神経内科を受診しましょう。
