けつせいえきしょう
血精液症
「血精液症」とは、精液に血液が混じり赤や茶色に変色する病気です。排尿障害や排尿時痛を伴うこともあります。多くは良性の炎症や検査後の出血が原因ですが、稀に悪性腫瘍が隠れていることもあります。繰り返す場合や40歳以上で発症した場合は泌尿器科を受診しましょう。
